COVID-19 Task Force:

Our COVID-19 Task Force, comprised of cross-functional leaders and the company’s Medical Director continues to meet regularly to process, implement, and improve all COVID-19 related policies, operations, requirements, and procedures.

We remain committed to slowing the spread of COVID-19 and continue to monitor the situation in an effort protect our associates and customers.



Face coverings are optional in all locations. Our associates have the option to wear face coverings but are not required to.

We are happy to accommodate our patients who must wear a mask with “minimal touch” transactions supported by Reserve Ahead and other options to safely access the cannabis medicine you rely on. Across all locations, we will continue the following practices to ensure the safest environment possible:

Minimal-Touch Transactions

We encourage customers to visit our website to order ahead and use drive-through and delivery service where available. In locations where we do not offer drive-through or delivery, we will continue adhering to our comprehensive safety standards with the intention of creating a safe and welcoming environment.

Shortened Wait Times

We are using technology to minimize wait times so you can get in and out of our stores easily. Ordering ahead for pick-up or drive-through service (where available) is the best way to minimize your wait.

Air Quality

We have invested in a state-of-the-art microbial reduction system which has been installed across all retail and production locations. This air quality system reduces contaminants in the air such as viruses, bacteria and mold.

Increased Cleanings

We have increased deep cleaning and sanitation routines, with any shared surfaces sanitized hourly.

Cash Transactions

Associates are trained to wash hands, change gloves and sanitize the area after every transaction.

In-Store ATMs

Our in-store ATM machines are sanitized throughout the day.


Including masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectants are fully stocked across all locations and associates adhere to strict guidelines for consistent use.

Health Checks

All associates participate in onsite temperature checks before starting a shift and are educated on best practices for self-monitoring.

Social Distancing

We are maintaining our standard of 6 ft. social distancing, and continuously monitor the number of customers in stores for safety and proper spacing. At particularly busy times we may ask some customers to step outside the store to meet with proper spacing and social distancing needs. Ordering ahead can help minimize wait times.

Plexiglass Barriers

We have installed plexiglass barriers at all checkout and register areas and are sanitized regularly.

We have been and will continue to conduct audits in all locations to ensure our policies and safety measures are being put into place correctly and consistently.
